PE (premature ejaculation) is a condition in which he ejaculates earlier than expected. Some researchers have defined pre ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes of penetration, however; it is reported that nearly three quarters of men ejaculate within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual experiences.
There are many psychological and environmental aspects that may lead to pre ejaculation. Pre ejaculation can be caused by temporary depression, stress or sexual repression. PE can also be caused by a lack of communication between partners, hurt feelings or low self-esteem. PE can simply be a result of extreme sexual arousal. One hypothesis, created by Wilhelm Reich, of pre ejaculation may be the stasis of sexual energy in the pelvic area. This presence can prevent the diffusion of sexual energy to other parts of the body.
