Diabetes impotence is one of the leading causes of erectile dysfunction today. Erectile dysfunction is a sexual dysfunction which prohibits a man to maintain an erection for a sufficient amount of time. Erectile dysfunction is determined when an erection is difficult or impossible to produce. There are both physical and psychological problems that may cause erectile dysfunction.
